FOR A LARGER SIZE
For a larger size, cut through each pattern piece at the grading lines. Open out the pattern pieces by 5 mm (1^ m), or 3 mm (^ in). First open out the pattern pieces which have side edges, moving them out to the side, away from the grad- ing line. Then open out the lower pieces, down from the grading line. Mark your new cutting line around the pattern. Adjust the new cutting line at the points where the pattern has been opened. It is important to always begin drawing the line from the edge which extends the most from the original cutting line.
